Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject/education
Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, Finnish teaching qualification, or equivalent)
At least 2–3 years of teaching experience; international experience is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for innovative and student-centered teaching practices
Familiarity with Finnish educational principles is an asset
